Hi there! I'm Martina, a dedicated, heart-led practitioner on a mission to guide you toward holistic well-being. I know what it feels like to be trapped inside harmful thoughts and behaviors - wishing for change, but confused on where to start. My professional practice was born out of a personal revolution to find healing, truth, and authenticity. I’m excited to share the education and real-life experiences that helped me return home to myself.

Since 2016, I’ve served as a clinician, supervisor, and director. After becoming a mother to a tenacious little girl in 2022, I leaned more into my power than ever. My daughter taught me to move with intention, feel appreciation for the littlest of things, and unapologetically follow my passions. Big Sky Wellness was born from her influence.

It is my promise to embrace the same principles of self-care and continual growth that I advocate for in my practice. Outside of Big Sky, you'll find me in the wild, with dirt on my feet and sun on my skin. I come alive sleeping under the stars, wading in waterfalls, and on the back of a Harley. I’ll lose myself in yummy food and sunsets.

Hi there! I'm Cassie, a mental health clinician passionate about helping you reconnect with your authentic self. I strive to empower my clients to explore, understand, and embrace their true selves by creating a safe, comfortable space free of pressure and judgment.

My approach to therapy is laid-back and compassionate, with a good dose of humor. I believe therapy can be enjoyable while fostering real growth. We'll balance the challenging work with lightness whenever possible, focusing on self-love, self-compassion, and healthy boundaries. Your emotional well-being is a priority, and I'll support you in honoring your thoughts, feelings, wants, and needs, helping you trust your inner wisdom to make the best decisions for yourself. We'll also work on self-validation – you deserve to recognize and affirm your own worth.

I have extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse and their families through all stages of recovery, from the immediate aftermath of an assault, through the legal process, and into long-term trauma healing. Additionally, I have experience providing crisis intervention in emergency room settings, where I assessed individuals experiencing acute mental health crises and determine the safest course of treatment. My approach is always trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on empowering individuals to regain a sense of safety and control.

Outside of my practice, you'll likely find me cheering on my hockey player, exploring new destinations, or enjoying a local restaurant with my partner.

Outside of work, you'll find me chasing after my energetic little one – hopefully with an iced coffee in hand – and cherishing every moment. I find joy in spending time with my family, unwinding with a good book, and exploring new interests.
