Please complete the form located under the contact tab. After a 15 minute consultation, you’ll receive a new client packet via email. Once you complete your documents, we’ll schedule your intake appointment.

During our first session, I’ll share a bit about myself (feel free to ask me questions!), and provide an overview of Big Sky Wellness policies. Most of your session will be devoted to exploring your reasons for seeking support.

The frequency of sessions varies based on your needs. Initially, sessions are often scheduled weekly, but this can be adjusted as therapy progresses.

The short answer? It varies. You may find short-term therapy beneficial, or longer-term engagement may feel more appropriate. To ensure progress is felt, we review your treatment goals from time to time and adjust our approach if needed.

Therapy is confidential, meaning that what you discuss in sessions is private. Exceptions exist in situations involving harm to yourself or others (we’ll discuss this more during our first session). If you’d like me to share details with another person, you must first sign a release of information.

Research proves how you feel about your therapist within the first 3 sessions predicts your relationship for the duration of treatment. Open communication is crucial. I value developing a relationship where you feel empowered to step away from people pleasing and toward real, authentic connection. If our work together doesn’t feel right for you, I’m happy to help you find a better fit.

Big Sky is in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurances. If paying cash, the intake appointment is $220 and subsequent 50 minute sessions are $165.
