I’ve leaned into and learned from my own mental health challenges and sought the top training for my passions. Because of my journey, I can offer a fine-tuned, tender-hearted approach.
I’ve come to realize resistance and avoidance create nothing but more suffering. Most often, the only way out is through. But in the aftermath of intense, all-encompassing experiences our body may shut down and our heart may become numb. Taking the first step can feel terrifying - that’s where I come in.
Our work will help you out of harmful patterns of limitations and criticisms and move toward your most authentic, joyous self. As a therapist, my goal is never to erase difficult or traumatic memories, but instead develop an ability to remember without feeling paralyzed.

If you’re interested in working together, we will schedule an appointment between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Tuesday or Wednesday with some flexibility if arranged ahead of time. Appointments take place in Midland, Michigan or via telehealth.
