
Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of natural hands-on, energy-based healing.
After experiencing the undeniable shifts brought by Reiki, Martina sought training in 2020. Reiki differs from other touch therapies, as there is no pressure or manipulation involved. Rather, the practitioner acts as a conduit between energy systems and as the receiver, your body determines what is needed to heal. Some may experience sensations like heat or pulsing, while others feel very little during the experience. Regardless, the practice promotes relaxation, stress reduction and symptom relief to improve overall health and well-being.
